"Very friendly owner. She makes the stay pleasurable. Pool was a bit cold when we were there. However weather was overcast most of the time. Very clean and close to Joshua tree. "

"Staff gave a warm welcome at check-in. There's loads of free parking. WiFi is spotty depending where you are in the building - tonnes better on the ground floor so go there for any big downloads. Room was spacious and comfortable. The ice machine had been removed from our floor but this wasn't a massive issue. The in room coffee machine was appreciated as were the complimentary toiletries. "

"Staff was friendly and has plenty of parking. Close to stores and some restaurants. Could have been cleaner, (very dusty under beds, shower needed cleaned) but overall it was a decent stay. Our tv didnt work (turns out staff knew upon check-in and didnt let us know) but they did discount us after we inquired about it. Staying a Fri-Tues did suck without it. They were booked and couldn't move us. We decided the cons were worth it just to visit our Marine. "

"Okay rooms. We booked the room for 3, including our kid but there was no extra bedding or mattress. We asked and given a blanket and pillow . Only one person as staff in entire hotel. Breakfast was the worst. "

"Fun experience for the family! Glamping with wonderfully comfortable beds, amenities in working condition (shower, bathroom, bbq) and basic necessities (plates, silverware, bbq equipment, etc) thoughtfully provided. Super nice host (provided multiple timely communications and met us on the property as promised). Joshua Tree national park is about 20 min drive. The Big Blue yurt sleeps six comfortably and was spacious enough even with all our gear. "

"AutoCamp was great. The staff were friendly and we liked the AirStream. The only hang-up we had was we could not find the code to open the gate and the phone at the gate was not working. Other than that, everything was great!"

On the positive side, the bed and linens were extremely comfortable, and the studio itself is very cute and thoughtfully set up. The property was easy to find, located in a quiet neighborhood, and check-in was simple and seamless. Communication with the host was also smooth and responsive. There were, however, a few issues. The shower head was difficult to adjust, which made for less-than-ideal water pressure. We also noticed several marks and small holes on the walls where décor appeared to have been removed but not repaired, which took away from the overall appearance. The spa cover is quite worn and could use replacement. The biggest disappointment was the lack of a working coffee maker. The listing advertised one, and while there was a Keurig (not our preference, but we were willing to use it), it did not work and clearly needed to be cleaned or descaled. When we reached out, it sounded like this was already known but hadn’t been addressed. The host mentioned making note of it for future guests, but unfortunately that didn’t help during our stay. As morning coffee drinkers staying several miles from the nearest coffee shop, this was a significant inconvenience. With a few updates and better attention to these details, this could be a really great place to stay. "
