"The hotel is lovely and located well. The only criticisms were the very creaky floor and very noisy coffee machine. A kettle would be great, a lot quieter than the coffee machine."

"The carpet in our unit was filthy. The hallway was stacked with used carpets from another unit. The kitchen, bathrooms and such were clean and well maintained but most of the unit was carpet that desperately needed replacing. The staff was responsive when we needed them to be, so that was great. Out our windows there was used fencing, piles of asphalt and other rubbish."

"I asked if they had elevator, they answered no but not to worry on first floor. It was3 flights up. The tiny bathroom with shower, the floor was flooded when arrived and could not get a plumber in before we left. No drawers in that room and 3 hangars in closet. Key pickup instructions were for old holder which had been replaced and did not relate. Could not get key code until 3 pm or up to 45 pound charge for any earlier. 20 pound non refundable fee added the day before for damage or a 200 pound refundable fee . Not as nice as photos."

"This is the first bad review for the many vrbo rentals over the yrs. They changed our room before we arrived. I don’t know if that made the difference but the place was not clean. We washed the dishes first before eating because they even had bits of I think food on them. Neither of us took a shower because it looked like mold in the shower. The bathroom floor was sticky. The through blankets were dirty "
