The room, restaurants and the whole hotel were very nice and clean.
The staff was so helpful and managed in a good way all situations.
The only thing was the room temperature that was very cold and it didn't have heat option.

It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.

The hotel and room were AMAZING!! Ive stayed at alot of Rius over the last 4 years and this was the BEST ONE YET!!! My husband and i were very impressed and will be back!! The pools were very big and clean, restrooms were near by, and the beach access was very close to the pools..overall this hotel was INCREDIBLE!!! The rooms were spacious and beautiful!!!
