Very nice resort!! I think what I loved the most was all the staff they always were so attentive and happy ❤️ fun to be around and really made the stay enjoyable it wasn’t crowded the beach was beautiful!! First time in Mexico was a great experience. Would definitely go back.

The rooms and resort are nice. Here are few things that we had issues with, the courtyard below the northeast facing rooms are very loud when there are events below. You will not sleep or hear the tv. We preferred the south pool area but they have special events in that area. We were kicked out 3 times with no notice or alternative place to go. All the other pools chairs were taken so this basically ends your outdoors for the day. To us this was disappointing since we paid to be at the resort and use the amenities like everyone else. The entertainment is ok but there is no place for them to take place. They try to do events in the 2 small bar areas that have limited seating. The last thing is that it isn't easy to get drinks by the pool and we tipped well. We ended up going to the bar to get half of our drinks.

What a great place to stay, all staff was very wonderful and everyone staying at the resort were. Wet nice.

Hotel was amazing loved almost everything about this resort. I think the only real weakness of this one is the lack of a buffet option for lunch and dinner, which means there's no safety net for a la carte restaurants which as with pretty much all all-inclusives are hit and miss. Avoid the lobster and Italian a la cartes for lunch/dinner at this one.

Everything was spotless. The staff was beyond courteous and helpful. The vibe was perfect.
