"Called room service for some plates and a knife to cut my pizza and nobody ever came. Called the front desk to have housekeeping bring some tissue and nobody ever came with the tissue. "

"The staff is very courteous and accommodating to me. I have a very bad back and travel with an ice pack that they put in their freezer for me every day. My only recommendation is that they may perhaps wish to replace their hallway carpeting for it is becoming rather worn, but is otherwise quite clean."
