Coastal Retreat Minutes from the Beach/Oak Island and Historic Southport

"The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The layout of the bedrooms ensures privacy for all. But there is also adequate common space for everyone to be together. St James is a large complex so it’s not a quick trip to Southport but it was perfect for our purposes. I would highly recommend the house and will stay there again if I’m in the Southport area."

"had a very relaxing one night. quiet, clean, good beds and good breakfast - well organized. we will go back here without a second thought whenever we go to southport the next time. carpets were not very clean in the room, but everything else was so good, that I am glossing over this."

"Back yard was fenced in for pets which was great. The small complimentary items like Shampoo, Conditioner, and lotion and even individually wrapped dental flossers was a really nice touch! The host was very gracious and accomadating. He promptly responded to any questions or concerns.I would definitely recommend this property!"
