"Our stay here was absolutely amazing! The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. The amenities were fantastic. The restaurants, the front desk, the concierge’s room, service housekeeping. Every single thing about this hotel is wonderful. The beds were super comfortable. We did not have one single issue!! I would gladly stay here again if I have the opportunity! The location is also amazing near so many of the sites, we were within walking distance of the tower of London, the tower bridge and the River Thames! I can’t say enough good things about it. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I hope I get a chance to stay here again."
