"Absolutely awful customer service. The owner tried to shake me down for $41 dollars in Costa Rica money even though I had already paid online by credit card. The she told me I had to check in at the sister property in playa Coco. It was hard enough to find this place. It too me a total of 1 hour to check on. Then there is no WiFi in the rooms, so I had to sit outside of the office just to get online. The best things were the cold AC, the proximity to the beach, and the free parking. I would give...

"The property is a good value for the money. They are obviously working on bringing up the maintenance, security, and general condition of the property, but their brand new management is dedicated and hospitable. If you are not too picky, you can have a good stay right next to 2 beautiful beaches (with a kitchen) at a great value!"
