On the down side the unit could have been just a bit cleaner. However, the AC in the bedroom is useless. The bedroom was just too Hot! My husband and I slept in the living room on the sofa bed the entire 8 nights we were there. Leaving the lanai door open all night so we could sleep. "This is a great cozy property right on the Napili beach. You can literally throw a rock in the ocean from the balcony. Ocean is so close that you will not miss a swimming pool. The services were excellent. Rooms were very clean. All amenities were provided in the room to cook if you prefer to do so. I'll happily go back again. "

"Instructions on how to use the tv would have been helpful. Also the switch in the kitchen needs to be replaced, the remote for the kitchen fan/light was not around and the florescent light over the sink is inadequate. Otherwise, the kitchen was full equipped and was a joy to use, the balcony was very pleasant as a breakfast nook, the location was convenient, the washer dryer was a godsend."

Sunset views off the lanai, as well as the beach, yet privacy is maintained due to the corner location. Unit very clean, and bed very comfortable. Walk down the stairs, and you’re on the beach. Large grills in common area with propane ready to grill whenever needed. Grocery store 2 minute drive. Coastal trail 10 minute walk away."

"The unit was advertised as remodeled. The drapes have holes in them, the windows are extremely dirty, the sliding doors need repairs and shower soaks the floor because the curtain isn’t right. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The turtles were fun to see too."
