The location of this property is amazing especially for families with small kids. The place was clean and it had everything we needed. We enjoyed the terrace and the view. The staff was great too and they provided all details for check in and check out. The only thing we didn’t like is the structure of these villas and how these are built. I could constantly hear people on the top of us walking or just moving in general. Also if someone is talking on their balcony late at night that can be little districting as well. Overall, my family had a great time and we would definitely recommend this to our friends and family.

Great property for 4 people, the house is well equipped with all of the comforts of home. Very clean and comfortable with 2 good sized bedrooms, plus a separate little room with a pull out sofa. One of the bathrooms had a huge shower with dual shower heads and a washer and dryer. I would recommend highly recommend this property. If you do book this property, follow up with the management company to confirm your reservation, I got to the property and the office is closed, so we Googled the phone number for them, and called them directly. They didn’t have a record of the reservation since it was booked through a third party. That’s a little disconcerting after flying all the way to Maui, with the possibility of not having a place to stay. They did ultimately figure it out, and checked us in to the unit.

3月初めに6泊利用しました。部屋は広く、景色も良かった。キッチンも使いやすくで良かった。ただ、部屋の掃除、特に、風呂や洗面所の排水口の掃除が全くされていなかった。シャワーを浴びるとほとんど排水せず、足元に水が溜まってしまうので、排水口を確認したところ、大量の髪の毛が固まって詰まっていて、水が流れない状態だった。仕方なく、指を突っ込んで取り除いたところ、スムーズに流れるようになった。洗面所も水の排水が悪かったが、使う度にシンクに溜まった水を数分かけて流すようにして凌いだ。おそらくこちらも何らかのゴミが溜まっているのだと思われる。 ベランダでは、夜になると驚くほど綺麗な星空を眺めて癒されていたのだが、隅の隙間にゴキブリの巣があるようで、毎晩出入りしているのが認められた。滞在中に3匹退治して放置したところ、翌朝には鳥が餌として片付けてくれた。 排水口、ゴキブリ、いずれも清掃を徹底して、宿泊者に不快な思いをさせないようにして欲しい。
