We enjoyed our stay at the Gardens of West Maui overall. The location was great, and having a washer and dryer in the room was a really nice convenience. Our main complaint was the shower water, which never seemed to get truly hot and was more lukewarm. There was also a slight smell in the room that seemed like it may have been caused by moisture. The room was mostly clean, and we didn’t encounter any major bugs; however, there was a pretty serious ant problem in the kitchen. We left food out for only about 5–10 minutes before noticing the ants and unfortunately had to throw it away. One thing to be aware of is that the property office is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. When we were checking out, we had to call the sister property for assistance, and the person we spoke with was a bit rude. That said, the staff at the Gardens of West Maui itself was great and very pleasant. Overall, we enjoyed the location and the convenience of the in-room amenities, but there are a few areas that could use some improvement.

The pool was fantastic! There were 2 gas grills .I saw them cleaned everyday we were there. 6 days. We used them and they worked perfectly. The grounds were beautiful . Across the street Napili Bay resort and Napili Bay. Soft sand perfect beach. Bus comes every 30 minutes from 630 amd to 830 pm 2.00 each ride for anyone under 55 if 55 older.Free to ride . We enjoyed using public transit. Easy. If your not renting a car. The condo was spotless and the king size bed was unbelievably comfy! The linen s standard but fresh and felt great even on sun burned skin. Worth every penny to visit Maui again and stay here.

There were barking dogs and crowing chickens but that’s all over the island we had a great time here and would stay here again the pool hot tub bbq grills were a plus loved having a washer/dryer and kitchenette

Air conditioner worked great. Pool and hot tub worked great. Grounds were well maintained and clean. Room needed a little of attention as far as cleaning. Mattress was not very good. We would definitely do again but plan on having to do a little cleaning when we arrive.

Just about everything we needed was there. The in-room washer/ dryer was a bonus. Room for 4 with 2 full baths. Nice size room with fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. The was also private parking which is a bonus in Kapalua. Would definitely stay there again.
