"Cheryl's property on Balboa Island was wonderful! Nice smooth check in process and excellent communication throughout. I didn't end up using them, but having the beach chairs, towels and umbrella was great. Balboa island is such a great walkable island with lots of great restaurants and picturesque views around the entire bay street on the water. Riding the ferry was cool too, awesome VRBO Experience!"

"Easy check in and out. Comfy bed and well stocked kitchen. Bright and clean. We couldn’t figure out how to watch network/cable TV on the AppleTV so screen shared from our iPad. Only negatives are that due to the windows its a bit loud and entering and exiting via the alley in back. Would book again."

"Cute little place. We love staying here and people watching from the front porch!! As do my dogs, so nice that it is dog friendly. We used the new bbq for a couple of dinners, but also enjoyed walking to dinner on the island. Very relaxing"

"Our stay on Balboa Island was wonderful. The space is much larger than I initially thought, Jill made the check in process so easy and personalized. For those not familiar with the island, this location is perfect- so walkable to everything you’d want to do. My kids and I really just enjoyed the space. It’s quiet, clean, spacious and had everything you’d need for your stay. I would definitely recommend for a smaller group. Thank you Jill for a wonderful stay!"

"We’ve been staying at this same property for the past five years, and it never disappoints! The property manager, Scott Carpenter, is always great with communication and makes sure everything is just as expected. He even let us know ahead of time that we could check in early, which was a great bonus. We’re already looking forward to our stay next year! Thanks again, Scott, for another great experience!"
