"To clear up the contradictory reviews. This hotel has no pool, the one in the picture is the private home next door. This is also no airport shuttle. But it takes less than 10min to get there by Grab Cab. The staff was very friendly, did use my translate app. But was not a problem or a hassle and was surprised I didn’t need to use it more this trip. "Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!"
