Thanh Chuong Viet Palace Tours and Activities

Prime Hanoi location, wonderful staff, one smelly little mystery 🛵 Hotel Solis is perfectly placed for exploring Hanoi on foot. We walked everywhere, and the food around the hotel was fantastic. We even tried Grab delivery when the kids were craving burgers, and found some that hit the spot. The rooftop pool and bar are fairly average, but after a long day of pavement pounding, a cool-off dip is exactly what you need. The rooms were clean, but there was an unpleasant sewage-like smell that seemed to be coming through the vents. It was very noticeable, so it's worth getting looked into. Breakfast was okay. Not a huge selection, but that's fair for a hotel this size. The real stars were the staff. Viet and Liz went above and beyond to make our stay great and gave us brilliant tips on where to go and what to see. A great little place to stay, and if that smell gets sorted, it'd be a winner. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice stay Good location and spacious room for 1 person, I got free-upgraded to very big room enough for 5 people. Breakfast was very good with Vietnam food. Staff were very kind and helpful, especially the manager (Ms. Jenni). Definitely recommend and comeback to this hotel for next time.

Really nice hotel, had some refurbishment going on but the hotel staff were excellent. We were looked after really well . It’s in a great location and walking distance to train street which was about 10mins. Would definitely stay here again
