El Portet Beach (Moraira) is a semi-detached villa that exudes an authentic Mediterranean style. It has a large private terrace and barbecue area with panoramic views of El Portet Beach, just 50 meters away!
Pets are not allowed. The villa is part of a small community of 12 villas with a communal pool, 300 meters from the villa. The villa also has direct access to the beach and a beautiful restaurant.

Dogs and other animals are not allowed in this property.

distribution: the semi-detached villa has an ample parking with 2 private car parking. The villa has a very practical distribution with a clear distinction between day and night areas. On the ground floor there is an ample living room abd tge kitchen both with direct access to the terrace. In the terrace we highlight the outdoor table perfect to have amazing meals in the summer, 2 wooden luxury loungers, a chillout area with a low table and a very charming mediterranean style stone barbeque.

On the upper floor it is located the night area with 3 bedrooms and 2 complete and cozy bathrooms. The main room has a private terrace with amazing sea views.
On this small community there is an elegant communal swiming pool with incredible panoramic sea views and private access to the first line of the el portet beach and several the noce restaurants of the beach.

Location: the villa el portet beach has a prime location strategically situated in the first line of the el portet beach and at 1,5 km from moraira village that has plenty of charming restaurants and shops.

Week on the costa blanca

Villa was lovely. Excellent air conditioning , bbq and out door area. Kitchen utensils a bit dated and kitchen units and bathroom units water damaged location is up a short hill 100m from the beach. The listing wasn’t absolutely clear that the pool is shared with the other 8 villas in the commune. It’s a short walk down hill. I would have preferred my own pool but it was quiet and not frequently used
