"We had a nice stay and we were glad to bring our dog with us! It was quiet and private feeling. Just make sure to bring your own kitchen spices, oils and a good kitchen knife, if you plan to cook. :) Oh! and foil for the grill grates (b/c of rust). Also, the driveway was a bit tricky. We have a V6 but not four wheel drive. Four wheel would make it a lot easier. Like the ad says, you're not far from everything but you feel secluded enough, like you are. Enjoy!"

"This home is fantastic! Conveniently located, comfortable, affordable and cozy. We LOVED it and plan on staying here often when we are in the area. The hosts were responsive and accomodating. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for almost anything you would need if you plan to cook. Even a mixer! Which we used to make tiramisu :) The flowers were beautiful and the decor was lovely. My experience staying in Franklin area, many hosts "cheap themselves out of repeat bookings," because they fail to provide adequate things such as: laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. This home was generously appointed with all essentials. It's pretty, it's clean, it's comfortable. Only one thing could make it better, if there was a cat, lol. (Miss our kitties when we go out of town) Honestly one of our very favorite homes we have stayed at in the area, which is saying a lot, because we have booked numerous homes. Five plus stars. Highly recommend, hope to return. Thank you for providing such a quality home, your attention to detail was appreciated and we loved it!"

"Place could be cleaner ( chairs, floor and porche , refrigerator) We found a bug in the bed Called to the phone. Number provided to ask a question about the trash container but nobody responded. In general it is a very nice quiet place."

"Everything was clean and ready for our stay. The view and the hot tub were great. The bonus of hummingbird and bird feeders were fantastic. We watched them for hours! Great memories!"

"We have stayed in VRBO properties all over the United States and we agree that this was perhaps the best property we have ever stayed in. It is immaculately maintained and Britt and Stephen have thought of every way to make the property a home away from home. Spacious, clean, with lots of extras such as a s'mores bar, coffee bar, complementary snacks, an extra dog bowl in event you forgot one for your pet, local beer samples...just little things that demonstrate commitment to hospitality.The property is remote and quiet. You will have solitude and a true outdoor experience, but is still close enough to Franklin where you have ample restaurant, shopping and marketplaces within a 15 minute drive. The cabin itself is amazing. It is perfect for what it is...it maintains a rustic feel appropriate for the mountain setting and stunning view. Yet, inside it has the feel of an upscale hotel. It is a 5 experience."
