35 sqm ground floor studio apartment with independent access. The house is very quiet and cozy, no smoking, no pets. Equipment: with double sofa bed in the living area, plus a bunk bed in a separate room separated by a curtain, including sheets. Towels €. 3.00 per person. with shower, fridge, electric oven, hair dryer, 4 gas burners, washing machine, iron and ironing board, American coffee maker, toaster, self-heating gas consumption € 5,00 m. c., satellite TV,. Ceilings, natural stone (tufa) very romantic sea-view terrace table 4 chairs and two sun beds, umbrellas, outdoor shower, barbecue. Parking near. Attention to detail, wooden furniture, suitable for couples or up to 4 people. A 3 km is S: Stefano the sea, very nice village on the sea with sandy beaches and cliffs mail database stores, and even paid with loungers and parasols. A 30 km long cycle path. Please respect the apartment and leave it clean as you found it. Deposit € 150.00. Wifi € 10,00 per week. We do not accept children under 6 years.

Es war genau so, wie es versprochen wurde!
Manchmal entsprechen ja die Bilder nicht dem, was man vorfindet. Hier war es aber definitiv nicht so. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist genau so, wie man ihn auf den Fotos sieht. Einfach wunderbar. Die Unterkunft entsprach auch eins zu eins dem, was man auf den Fotos gesehen hat. Die Vermieterin Antonella ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation mit ihr hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Am Abreisetag hat uns unsere Vermieterin eine weitere Unterkunft im Haus in Terzorip gezeigt. Vielleicht fahren wir ja das nächste Mal dorthin? Sie ist nämlich ebenso schön! Noch mal vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal.

Entspannte Auszeit im ruhigen Bergdörfchen
Sehr gepflegte und saubere Ferienwohnung (...und die Besitzerin achtet darauf, dass das auch so bleibt!) in kleinem pittoreskem Dörfchen. Ideale Größe für 2 Personen. Mit dem Auto 15 Minuten zum Meer. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden (eine Mikrowelle wäre natürlich bequem). Sehr charmant und urig in einem umgebauten alten Stall, mit originaler Steingewölbedecke. Wunderschöne große Terrasse mit Blick bis zum Meer ( mit Glück bis nach Korsika). Vermieterin wohnt nebenan und ist jederzeit erreichbar für Fragen, Tipps etc. Verkauf eigener Produkte wie Olivenöl, Eier, Honig, Gemüse etc. Im Ort selbst keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Bar o.ä. Wer darauf eingestellt ist, wird einen sehr ruhigen und entspannten Aufenthalt genießen - so wie wir! Von der Wohnung kann man direkt steil bergauf laufen und schöne Bergwanderungen machen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell an der Küste und diversen Stränden. Auch der Fahrradweg an der Küste (mehr als 25 km ehemalige Eisenbahnstrecke) lohnt auf jeden Fall!

Heerlijk verblijf
Prima sfeervol appartement in pittoresk dorpje in de bergen in de buurt van Imperia en San Remo. Meteen vakantiegevoel op het terras met uitzicht op de zee. Antonia en haar man zijn erg gastvrij en verrasten ons met tomaten, citroenen en olijven uit eigen tuin. Stranden zijn makkelijk bereikbaar. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad.

Schade, dass es kein Geschäft oder eine Bar im Ort gibt. Aber dennoch sehr schön. Nur das Parken ist ein Problem. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr schön.

Super Urlaub in Ligurien!
Liebe Antonelle und Nello, ihr seid so liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt. Auch mit dem Zeitpunkt unserer Ankunft wurde sehr flexibel umgegangen, obwohl wir etwas früher angekommen sind war es kein Problem die Unterkunft zu beziehen. Es ist alles sauber und sehr schön italienisch eingerichtet wie man es sich in der Region Ligurien vorstellt. In der Wohnung ist alles da was man braucht. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und der wunderschöne Blick von der Terrasse auf das ligurische Meer lädt sowohl zum Frühstücken als auch zum Ausklingen lassen des Tages ein. Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Das Miteinander und auch bei Fragen stand man uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir hatten eine so wunderschöne Zeit in der Wohnung, auch das Parken war kein Problem. Zum Be- und Entladen konnte man bis fast an die Wohnung fahren, als Dauerparkplatz gab es in der Nähe einen öffentlichen Platz an dem man den PKW abstellen konnte. Die Wege zum Meer waren nicht weit und die Straßen gut befahrbar, auch mit einem größeren PKW. In der Wohnung hatte man eine wohltuende Ruhe, wer Lust auf Halli Galli hat, kann diese in den abendlichen Stunden in Riva Ligure, Taggia, oder anderen Städtchen am Meer finden, die auch sehr gut zu erreichen sind. Vielen Dank an Euch liebe Antonella und Nello. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können euch nur weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße, Ute und Stephan.

Wunderbare kleine Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick!
Die Wohnung ist klein aber wunderschön und es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie bieten auch eigene Produkte aus eigener biologischer Herstellung an, sehr lecker.... Danke für die schönen Ferien!!!
