"Toilet broke during the night and we had to be moved. Front desk was not great at answering the phone when needed. No mall directories or pens in the room. Slippery shower floor."

If you drive a vehicle bigger than a firefly then you have to park down the block. No extra blankets or pillows. Sound proofing in basement is non existent as it was built by either the worst contractor or a do it yourself home owner. Was not impressed at all with my stay. Would give zero stars if possible DO NOT RENT THIS so called whole house "
