"Stayed here when in Edmonton for a family wedding. New to VRBO but will certainly do it again after this experience. Lots of room, accommodated our fur family and was good access to main roads anywhere you need to go. Place was clean, with easy check in and out. Would stay here again. "

"We arrived late in the PM so went to bed immediately The next AM we saw there was a door from our "private" apt; which opened into the apt. above us. The door was wide open and neither we (nor the people in the upper apt.) had a key. Called the "host" and asked for a key to be provided.Response was that we should continue with our plans to go out as "only the people upstairs had access" and they had been checked out - required several calls to finally get the key and secure our "private" apt. The next evening (Saturday) we decided to spend the evening watching a netflix movie - only to find after scouring the apt. that we had no remote control for TV. After numerous calls to the "host" we finally received a remote on Monday evening - left in a bag tied to apt. door even tho I had asked that it be delivered when we were in so as to ensure it worked- We did get a message that we should research the internet to get operating instructions. As for cleanliness, I have numerous photos I have taken showing the grease buildup in the fan over the stove, the brown streak of grunge along the bottom of the shower curtain , the buildup of dirt in the window sills, dirty dishes left from previous guests etc. A previous guest mentioned noise from the upstairs apt. - that was a constant issue altho the tenants above were not rowdy. Before leaving I made several attempts to speak with management regarding the issues - but finally gave up and decided they could just read it here. "
