"Location was very prime. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Good AC. As a tourist, access to public transportation was not really needed due to the prime location but access to public transportation was not bad either (5 mins from a light rail train station) "

"We were warmly greeted and taken around the hotel. There were welcome sweets in the room. There were nice gifts for our baby, which was a lovely touch. All the staff were attentive and welcoming which really made our stay. The look and feel of the hotel was luxurious. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. Nothing ever seemed an inconvenience. The plunge pool, spa and sauna were lovely and the outdoor courtyard and seating were lovely to relax in the afternoon sun. Location is great, you can get to all the sites and trams within a 5-10 minute walk."
