L'ubicazione è molta comoda, in località Villa Pastoedo, a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal caratteristico borgo medievale di Canale di Tenno. Carenza di prese di corrente per l'uso dei piccoli elettrodomestici (forno microonde, bollitore, phon).
