"I deducted 1 star due to the very small size of the rooms. The basic requirement would be a Deluxe room in future. Note: There are no drawers or wardrobes in Standard or Deluxe rooms. However this is my second stay at this hotel as the onsens and associated facilities are amazing, as with it's location to trains/metro and the food options at the restaurants at the next door OCAT (Level 5) bus station are excellent. We tried the Indian and Okonomyaki restaurants and they were very good. "

"Pros: The place is very nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Separate toilet, sink and shower is a definite plus. Cons: Check in process is terrible. They don't allow check ins until 3p. It is understandable, however, there is only 2 chairs in that tiny lobby for customers to wait. There were 3 other customers that were there already waiting when we arrIved. They said they've been waiting for 3 hrs to check in. They were nice enough to give their seats to us. I don't get why Minn Umeda will not put more seats for their customers awaiting to check in. "

"The lobby was classy but the rooms were comparitively slightly dated, though still clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a large shower room and bath. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially in storing our luggage before check in and sending it to our next accomodations when needed. This hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay."
