Staff was amazing. Helped us get reservations for dinner at a great izakaya down the street. Nice amenities in the room - water, tea, coffee, toiletries, robes. Helpful staff made suggestions for public transport routes when sight seeing.

Amazing two days in Osaka. Nice dinner out in the hotel grill restaurant, steak that was meticulously cooked in front of us can’t get any better, we had here one of the best evenings in our lives. Will certainly consider this place for coming back.

Room is clean, staff are friendly! The shuttle bus to Osaka station is convenient, but if you take airport bus and try to transit onto hotel bus, it is not easy to find it! The breakfast price is little over price!

I stayed in a room on the imperial floor. The room was large and fully stocked with amenities. It had a nice view overlooking the river. The hotel has a number of excellent restaurants. The staff are very polite and attentive to details. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Osaka.

Loved this property!

The hotel, the staff and location are top tier. We loved our stay here, which had a buffet breakfast, a connected Family Mart and a river walk with stunning grounds. The staff was 10/10 with friendliness and eager to help.
