"This is a wonderful hotel with nice, friendly, competent and helpful staff! The rooms are small but my husband and I had two large and two small suitcases and we all fit just fine. And the room has a small kitchen the perfect for grabbing a few breakfast items at the nearby grocery to have breakfast in your room. They supply coffee and tea and the sink has filtered water. There’s also a small fridge and a microwave. In addition to the free bottle of wine they also serve wine and snacks daily. The hotel is also in a perfect location—close to the Elizabeth line to take you to and from the airport and the Central line to take you out and about. It’s easy walking distance to shops (Oxford St, Carnaby, Coventry Garden, etc) dining, bars and attractions (plays, The British Museum. Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery, etc.). We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends!"

"I like this hotel, it’s 5 minutes away from Rusell Square station. It takes about an hour to get to the airport with no transfers. The rooms are comfortable the staff is friendly and have great breakfast. I highly recommended this place "

"Fantastic location in walking distance of Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Regent Street and Oxford Street as well as the West End and Picadilly circus. The accommodation provided a perfect, affordable accommodation for my solo trip to London. The capsule was comfortable, warm with adjustable lighting, fan, WiFi and charging ports. My trepidation about shared bathroom facilities was soon dispersed on finding the facilities to be spotless and adequate, always available no matter what time of day.
