"We booked a ground floor room as limited availability. The hotel itself was lovely but when we checked the guy at reception was putting us off our room before we had even seen it and was trying to get up to upgrade. It put us off as it felt like the hard sale before seeing the room we had been allocated. We stuck with the ground floor and it had a weird enclosed balcony which it does not show or mention in any of the pictures. The room itself was nice and we did enjoy our stay but if they had other rooms available why not upgrade us for goodwill rather than charging us"

"We had just 4 days here and it ticked all the boxes lovely spacious clean apartment. We were on the ground floor so room was a little dark,if you like bright sunshine on your balcony ask for a room higher up,think block 3 ?"

"Staff were very helpful and cheerful at all times.We stayed bed and breakfast.The breakfast was absolutely delicious.A superb selection of food ,and the staff were exceptional.Nothing was too much.The hotel must be very proud to have such a dedicated and hardworking team.The rooms were very clean and comfortable, Towels exchanged every day .The rooms were cleaned and beds made every day too. The amenities were great, especially the rooftop bar with entertainment.The hotel’s position is pretty central and two minutes away from beach. All in all a very nice hotel,surrounded by some lovely restaurants and bars.Fifteen minutes walk from the marina with lots of bars and restaurants.If you’re looking for a nice hotel with exceptional service this is the one for you."
