This was a lovely stay ❤️ Apartamentos very clean air-conditioning perfect. Diego who runs the bar area cant do enough for you and fantastic with all guests. Hotel its self is well kept we will definitely be coming back

Fantastic view of both the front gardens, sea and Bil Bil castle. 4th floor room 429. Staff were great. All area are very clean, the gardens are very well maintained.

Lovely Apartment and pool

Nice apartment and complexes . Great pool . The apartment is privately owned but is rented out by Benal Beach . The fridge freezer wasn't working when we arrived but they replaced it in a couple of days. Very comfortable bed , lovely shower and great size TV . Benal Beach staff was very helpful and we would stay there again. There is a bar area with snacks but there is no Club house for entertainment in the evening.

Really good pool, pool area and facilities but don’t like how you have to pay for sunbeds. Very friendly and useful staff. Spacious rooms with pretty balcony view.

Were were forced to move rooms half way through our stay, to a far lessser apartment with no apology or compensation offered. This all with an elderly mum and young daughter, the new apartment had constant power cuts and very dated. Pool & Waterpark area was good

No bed side table or lamp, only net window curtains - no proper for night time, shower water pressure way to high, balcony table fit for the bin, the bed felt like it had a tarpaulin under the sheet - not what I expected

Dated but comfortable

Had a lovely time at Benalbeach apartments. Property was a little dated but clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing. Only down side was the ‘deposit’ policy. They took €100 on arrival but two days after returning I still haven’t got it back!

Aircondition didn’t work. Construction starts everday at 10 AM. Thin walls, 5 euro for a sunbed, 1 euro to weigh you bagage. They will charge you to breathe air pretty almost.

The complex itself is well maintained, however there was no mention on the Hotels.com site that this is a timeshare. Therefore if the owners don't supply items (hair dryer, iron) there is nothing the front desk can do. The apartment itself is very old and dated. Will not return. I suggest Hotels.com update their site to indicate these are timeshare appartments

Hadde et veldig bra opphold, fint badeanlegg. Hadde bestilt 3 leiligheter, de ble fordelt på 2 blokker og forskjellige etasjer. Det var en ulempe, anlegget er stort og kan virke uoversiktelig i starten.

Sejour bon, mais le hôte est toujours injoignable, la caution n'a pas été restitué vu qu'il ne repond pas au appel et la réception nous informe qu'il n'ont pas de lien avec le hôte. Nous allions rater l'avion donc on a decider de partir sans caution remise. Hôte de mauvaise foi à eviter. Je ne conseille pas

very very bad we stayed end of may for 1 week and the noise was terrible and nobody did anything about it .staff at reception were not helpful at all .Apartments getting renovated and awake every morning at 9am.no rest at all even during the day or evening. Left my phone in the hotel when i left for airport and man on the reception would not help me at all regards getting my phone back very rude. would not recommend this hotel

perfect location

Overall a lovely hotel, could tell it was a high standard originally but without being too harsh could do with updating around certain parts of the hotel. Great location, lovely pool, didn't have children with us but if we had, then would of been disappointed with main slide being closed.Would stay again with or without children as has enough to offer.

The apartment was very old fashioned and in need of an upgrade. We were unable to have a full shower as the hot water ran out every time. Our friends had an apartment in the same complex which was a different level all together. Very disappointed.

Muy buenas vacaciones en compañía de mi familia

Es un complejo enorme de una gran cantidad de apartamentos en una excelente zona de Benalmádena Costa. Comunicación perfecta con todas las principales sitios de ocio, cultura y diversión, hasta con los pueblis cercanos. Se puede llegar sin problema a pie. Super fenomenal ubicación, cruzando calle estás ya en una idílica playa. Apartamento de 4 personas bastante grande y dispone de todo lo necesario para una comoda estancia. Pero un punto negativo es la limpieza a la hora de entrega del apartamento y no le faltaría una renovación de algunos aparatos eléctricos. Pero resto de puntos a favor, por ejemplo, un enorme chulisimo parque acuatico propio con 5 piscinas, te permiten disfrutar a tope de tu estancia y olvidar de estos pequeños fallos. En general nosotros volveríamos seguro.

Leuke locatie. We hadden een appartement met een mooie uitzicht naar de zee. Het appartement was slecht onderhouden en de voorziening waren erg basic.

El Benal Beach son tipo apartamento todo en un ambiente cocina y cama, con baño privado y balcón... La cocina está equipada y tiene hasta lavadora... los apartamentos son decorados o amoblados diferente, puede que te toque uno remodelado moderno o un poco más viejo... no tuve acceso a la piscina siempre estaba cerrada por la temporada.. por ser apartamentos no tienen limpieza No diaria, sin embargo cuenta con utensilios de limpieza... la ubicación excelente muy cerca Del Mar, está como a 25 min del centro de Málaga en coche y cómo a 45 de Marbella, puedes caminar por la zona hay tiendas,mercados, restaurantes.. recomiendo llamar una vez hagas la reserva para coordinar tu llegada ya que por no ser hotel no hay recepción, siempre estuve en contacto con Diego que fue muy atento... tiene parking gratis solo que se llena rápido y toca parar un poco más lejos... lo único que puedo quejarse es del internet ni reserva decía Internet gratis, y nunca tuvimos Internet en las 3 habitaciones..
