"From the moment we checked in we were looked after well and had the best 5 days. Carl and his team do a wonderful job, most staff having worked there for over 20 years which shows how well they are looked after. "Good location but photos are like most Facebook profile pictures and cleverly filtered giving the impression of a modern apartment. The apartment is old but has been decorated to a good standard and couldn't fault the cleanliness. Also paid deposit for safe key, but in check out they said we hadn't. The deposit wasn't a great amount but they add up if it happens regularly. Ask for a receipt. "
