Scenic 6-acre 4100 sq/ft Country retreat in the highly-desirable area of Templeton not far from town. Fully furnished with all the necessities including a grand master suite with jetted tub, gas fire pit, BBQ, grass yard & top of the line indoor hot-tub. This property in in the middle of the eastside Templeton/Paso Robles winery scene.

Bedroom #1 is a Grand Master Suite with king bed and with Grand Master Bathroom with a jetted bathtub and huge walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 is inside of the Grand Master Suite and is perfect for kids.

Bedroom #3 has two twin beds and is connected to a jack-and-jill bathroom with two sinks, shower and bathtub

Bedroom #4 has a queen bed and shares the jack-and-jill bathroom with bedroom #3

Bedroom #5 is a Master Bedroom with its own full Master Bathroom

Bedroom #6 is connected to bedroom #5 and is perfect for children.
