"The pool is absolutely tiny and an extra charge so we decided against using it. Service at the bar was very slow with a long wait for anyone to come to serve for drinks. Doors were being slammed loudly until about 1am. The rooms are very small. Breakfast was good but I ended up with a dodgy tummy pretty much as soon as we left. Would have been much better at a premier in. "

"Stayed a few times and the rooms on the extension side are a bit worn and in need of renovation..wouldnt bother me too much but its a hotel that charges a premium rate and the rooms should reflect this.Breakfast is also quite exspensive."

"I was moved to holiday inn as Ramada was closed I had chosen it because my friends were in the mercure opposite. This was a mile away so inconvenient "

"Plenty of parking, the room was clean and the welcome friendly.The downside was the restaurant was closed when arrived so the alternative was to go out again. We didn't bother, it might have been better to have had some notice of this and we could made other arrangements it didn't spoil matters."
