"Restaurant has improved tremendously but breakfasts are now horrible: fake eggs, cold potatoes, and terrible coffee. And front desk is horrible. We requested late check out a day before, they told us to check back in next day. Had us call back 3 times checking back in the next day to ultimately be told they had let others check out late and we would have to pay 25 dollars for an extra hour. Why couldn't they have told us that the day before, if that was in fact the case. We also went down in person during breakfast to talk to front desk, waited a few minutes and no one ever came. We will not be going back."

"The staff was friendly enough, but the pool is disgusting, common spaces not cleaned, and breakfast poor. The rooms are dated but decently clean. Overall the place is not well cared for and not worth the cost."

How on earth are people sleeping here ?!? The hallways and rugs are filthy. Staff was ok. Don’t waste your money. I’m requesting a refund simply off the embarrassment of booking this for my family. Never ever again. "
