"The property has potential, however our room was prepared properly, body wash container was empty, hair in the shower. The room was not made up on our second day, when it was eventually the coffee capsules and cups were not replaced . The room was quiet, and they have a great coffee service in the lobby."

"The ratings by Expedia are FALSE. This was the most disgusting room I had ever been in. Simply unacceptable. I even checked for bed bugs and didn’t sleep a wink because of the smell in the room. How on earth are people sleeping here ?!? The hallways and rugs are filthy. Staff was ok. Don’t waste your money. I’m requesting a refund simply off the embarrassment of booking this for my family. Never ever again. "

"Never came to clean our room in a 5 nights stay, bathroom sink was clogged and no one came to fix it. Room tv didnt work. Empty box of tissues in room, spider in toilet with a whole web. No bathroom towels. No sponge or dish soap for kitchen utensils. We had a 2 bedroom suite. Terrible stay my family of 6 couldn't wait to leave. "
