The closest neighbor was nearly a mile so you really get your privacy. The house itself is a concrete palace with high vaulted ceilings and a fantastic upper floor with a panoramic view of the desert landscape. They even had a fantastic sounding upright piano that you can play along with tons of tiny percussion instruments you can mess around with....
