"The property is nice in downtown cancun. Note it is connected to a mall and there are stores/bars/restaurants close by because this is not an all inclusive stay. there’s no bar nor restaurant within the hotel. Staff is nice and helpful. I would stay here again. Room is nice and spacious (I stayed in a king size balcony by myself)."
"It was nice clean rooms they aren’t all updated and nice as in the pictures but still service was great! If looking for a room with a mini fridge you will only get that here if you get the suite. I didn’t get to use the pool during my stay due to personal reasons. Also some lower level floors you will hear lots of noise from either luggage being rolled around most of the night, or if near a balcony the noise of someone dragging the chairs and tables at night. Plus side you have the big mall across the street with restaurant area. "

Only downside was my early check-in request for 11 AM wasn’t met, my guest and I had to wait over 4 hours in the hot lobby after our flight. Closer to check-in time, staff suggested we relax on the rooftop and grab lunch, which was nice, but our room still wasn’t ready until after 3 PM. Other than that, everything was fantastic!"
