Great view, good food, less great location
The location (next to a truck stop on the freeway) is somewhat under-communicated. This hotel is more for truckers and other people passing by, than for someone who wants a beach-side room. However, the view from the balcony is awesome and the breakfast is really nice!

I like very much the open concept of the reception area combined with store, restaurant and gas station nearby. Ample free parking a welcome bonus for the travelers. Staff were friendly and most welcomed. Room was good size, clean and beds really comfortable. The view from the room over the lake and mountain valley an unexpected bonus. Heartily recommend and we will stay again.

Upon arrival, we discovered cigarette ashes and butts in our "clean" hotel room. Basically free internet is all that you get free. The Marché (food) is incorporated into the hotel and is very expensive. Oh, and it is company policy that there are no hand towels in your room. (Only bath towels)

Struttura ben curata, situata in una piazzola di sosta dell’autostrada. Il rumore non si sente poiché le camere sono rivolte tutte verso il lago. Nota di merito alla colazione, ottima e completa, a buffet, all you can eat.

Ich weiß, dass ich zu zeitig (ca 11 Uhr) für einen Check in da war. Aber zur Begrüßung den Satz „einchecken können sie aber noch nicht“ zu bekommen ist entbehrlich. Das geht auch etwas netter.. Zimmer war ok - Temperatur auf dem Gang war besser als im Zimmer - trotz Klimaanlage.

Esperienza di check in e check out assolutamente negative. Al check in volevano mandarci via perche' a loro non risultava la prenotazione con Hotel.com. Al check out hanno sbagliato nominativo su una delle 2 fatture addebitandoci un importo diverso e al ns reclamo non sono riusciti a rimediare e ci hanno detto che avrebbero mandato la fattura corretta in un secondo momento via mail. Hotel tutto sommato decoroso, maestranze da formare.

Schöne Lsge
Freundlicher Empfang .Für eine Übernachtung gut . Direkt an der Autobahn aber die Zimmer sind ruhig. In den oberen Etagen hat man einen wunderschönen Blick über den Wörtersee.
