We had a miscommunication in reserving their private pool, and despite it still being available, would not allow us to reserve it without paying the fee again (thus double paying). Just not the kind of hospitality we were expecting. "

"The room worked well for me and was quite spacious. It had all the kitchen tools I needed and was located in a quite area. The only drawback was the WiFi access was lacking some evenings and the front desk was not particularly helpful. Otherwise I enjoyed the stay."

"Lovely, peaceful 2 night stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. A short drive to the mineral spa and Te Aroha township. Our host was warm and welcoming, we loved the shortbread cookies :)"
