"When you arrive the outside appearance is simple & tidy. Upon entering you find an over the top clean home. The quality of the cleanliness & very new carpet gives the whole place a clean & fresh appearance. Kitchen is adequate with all new appliances. But it is small, especially the frig. I would make sure to have a cooler for the porch to keep drinks in if you are bringing in much food or beverage. "The house was very clean and cozy for the two of us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could have wanted. We would recommend it to others looking for a quiet getaway or small families looking for a great beach area. If we could make one suggestion it would be to have the patio and walkways power washed in the spring.
