Book a Caseville Cottage

"Overall we were satisfied with our stay. The cottage was clean and the bedrooms were all large. The recliners in the living room were nice. We weren’t a big fan of the loveseat sleeper for sitting as there were 4 adults and it’s very firm. Plenty of room for kids to run around outside. It is a bit of a walk to the beach area and down a slope. Due to an elderly person we had with us, we opted to use the county park beach which is large and only a mile or so away.Overall it was a nice stay.Btw- not sure why but there was no hot water in the main bathroom sink. Wasn’t a huge deal for us, but in case someone wants to check out why."

"Cottage was clean, cozy and exactly what our family was looking for. Quiet area, easy access to the beach and minutes from shopping, dining and activities. Our family enjoyed the fire pit, hammock and large yard. Our host was very attentive and ensured we had an enjoyable experience. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the Easy Street Retreat and would absolutely book again! "

"Clean, comfortable, spacious cottage especially the second floor bedroom; well appointed with nice kitchen/refrigerator and all needed kitchen ware, wifi, efficient air conditioning units, beautiful lakefront, bed linens and towels fresh and clean, washer and dryer available on property, close to Port Austin, and Caseville, restaurants and putt put course. "

This property was exactly what we had envisioned: clean, up-to-date furnishings, very comfortable sleeping arrangements, great bathroom, many amenities that made our stay more enjoyable, close to the beach (which is wonderful), close to downtown and easy access to a grocery stay. We loved this property!!"

"A fun house with a wooded backyard, lots of games, close to everything and the beach was perfect with it right across the road...we spent so much time there! Definitely coming back! Perfect 4th weekend! "

"My 18 year old daughter suddenly became available for a last minute family trip so I scrambled to find someplace that would accommodate myself, 13-year old son, my daughter and her boyfriend as well. I was lucky enough to find Harper’s Hangout! It was only 2-1/2 hour drive for us, offered enough privacy for everyone, AND we could bring our dog!When we arrived, it was super clean, the A/C was at a perfect temp, and it was as welcoming as can be! It is decorated very tastefully. I came prepared with paper products; however, none were needed as the home is extremely well stocked with what is needed for your stay.The extra 1/2 bath is a big bonus for a family stay, as is the washer/dryer and access to beach towels.While there aren’t a tremendous amount of shops in town, we definitely found enough to do in our 5-day stay. The beach was gorgeous, people were friendly everywhere we went, and we even found a dog park! We went horseback riding, played mini-golf, shopped, explored Port Austin, hiked, and ate alot of ice cream! The supermarket and Dollar General are both 5 minutes from the home and have pretty much everything you would need for cooking or any items you may have forgotten. I would definitely recommend Harper’s Hangout and would go back in the future!"
