"We loved the ambience and location of the Marv Herzog Hotel. During our stay, the Front Desk Attendant, David was more than helpful as we were traveling with another couple and wanted to add an extra night to our stay. While it was a busy weekend in Frankenmuth David handled our request with a quick and cheerful attitude which made for a perfect weekend for all. We really enjoyed the included breakfast buffet along with the evening social hour that had an array of appetizers and drinks which we were able to enjoy on the beautiful patio overlooking the Cass river most nights of our stay. Thank you David for going above and beyond to accommodate us during our trip."
