Bay City is an under appreciated city! The downtown had a planaterium with some nice small shops. Also the U.S.S. Edson was anchored on the river and you have to go to eat @ Krysiak's Polish buffet in Bay City which was fantastic!

The offsets on the bridge to look out at the water was very beautiful and calming. The people are nice and the town is beautiful.

Look around Wilder Road and Uchlid Road for the most places to discover a variety of dining options, even more so than the far-off downtown Bay City.

Cute house on Saginaw Bay with hot tub on private beach.

"Cute house. Had everything we needed. Great beach for the kids to play in the sand. We were surprised by the poor water quality in the bay but we were able to find a great place to get in the water about an hour away. Friendly neighbors. "
"We had a wonderful stay at the Double Tree Riverfront hotel in Bay City. The staff was very friendly and professional. The only issue we had was that the bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain properly. We reported it 3 ways; to the front desk staff; to housekeeping staff; and in a text message regarding our stay. It did not get addressed while we were there, and it was a problem. Everything else was very good...great location, and room was very clean. Overall, a great mini-vacation. "
