Needed an overnight prior to riding the Michigan C2C gravel grinder that left out of Au Gres Marina next morning. We were only on property for a few hours before walking to the pier area, grabbing dinner, getting our bikes and gear setup and then trying to sleep before 4:15am wakeup to get all loaded into car and down to start line in Au Gres by 5:30. The place was perfect and we could see using this if we wanted to spend extended weekend in area or longer. Nice beds, each room with its own bathroom. Really nice place just didnt get to use it for what it was. Clear directions on how to enter and just a nice clean experience.

One of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed at!

Perfect Place to Stay

We were only in Tawas City for one night. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious & had just about anything you would need. Just bring your clothes & food and the rest is set. We ate at Route 23 BBQ~fantastic! Will definitely want to go back again!

Absolutely Wonderful Property. So enjoyed our stay

Loved sitting on the porch, so peaceful watching the deer, geese and other wildlife in the backyard and the park across the river. Property is very centrally located. The house is beautifully decorated, the high ceilings make it feel so spacious. It is stocked with everything you may need for your stay. Above all it was SPOTLESSLY clean!!

Time Together

We enjoyed a short stay together fishing, shopping and just having fun. The beds were very comfortable although I getting too old to climb so many stairs anymore but it was nice that we had a half bath downstairs. The only thing I wished I had was a recliner so I could relax while watching tv. We were there to make memories in Tawasand we did!

True five star stay!! It was nicer than the photos. They had everything we needed and more. We will be back next year for sure. Walkable to the beach and park and cute dinings spots. Only note for parents with littles- the train is very close and very loud! Bring a sound machine if you have light sleepers.

Our family had a very pleasant stay here. The location is excellent, being within a short driving (or even walking) distance from the public parks we came to see. The house was pleasant, with all the amenities we needed to cook, sleep, and relax. Our host communicated well, and the check-in and check-out processes was seamless!
