This property is a provider of emergency housing sponsored by the NZ government. This should have been clearly stated on your website when promoting this property. The property owners should not be allowed to mix emergency housing with accommodation for the general public and charge a very high nightly rate. We booked a 3 night stay costing NZD 1,500 but left after one night because of the highly unsatisfactory scenario. We would expect Wotif to refund us for the remaining two nights and to remove this property from your website.

Unfortunately, is this a different story as told onside.First you have booked a Family Apartment (One Bedroom Apartment) which reached us through Expedia.2.5 hours after arrival (1.30pm), we received your complaint about that you booked a quiet room and that you do not like to hear Children playing with their scooter on the driveway and you would have not booked if you knew we do accept children. These children were the neighboring apartments which has travelled to Tauranga for 5 nights to attend a tangi and our managers tamariki who live on side.Thank you again for your feedback Dominik Cobblestone Court Motel

Small family run motel. Very clean and accessible, individual parking at each unit! Grocery close by, but do dining close to walk. well worth the money.

Helpful staff.
Happy with everything pertaining to the Motel. Tauranga traffic has become horrendous . Very busy we used our GPS which was an enormous help.There is only one road into Tauranga central from the east direction because of road works very very busy. Could not find any fault with Motel except perhaps its position on a very busy road. Motel reception helped us with this which was a great help. Thanks Cobble stone.

Staff was look like not trained properly. Not giving satisfaction reply. Milk was provided on plain glass bottle which has no any expiry date on it and also cap was open so it’s look like they filled up from another bottle and served

Great as an overnight stop only
This updated motel is super clean, and freshly decorated. Truly as a one night business stop you want for nothing. It however is not an ideal tourist motel. It is nowhere near anything ie. cafe's , supermarket or anything of any interest. As a tourist it would be better to book at the neighboring Mountain.

We agree that our location is on the edge to all the action what allows Tourist to relax between their activities in Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty and still within 12 minutes drive youto the vibrant Mt Maunganui village or in one of the two large Shopping malls. Loved it, accommodating and helpful staff, easy location, nice rooms. Only issue is the shower could probably do with an upgrade and we couldn't get YouTube to work on the smart tv but that wasn't a biggy.

Roomy and very much as described in the Expedia overview. Lacked ventilation/AC as described by previous reviewers. Very helpful owners, quiet and handy to most areas we need to access. Definitely a bit dated and tired but it makes no pretence of being anything else. Probably the two things to focus on improving would be AC and upgrade the mattresses on the Queen Bed.
