"From the second we booked our night away it was obvious that the customer service was excellent. All the staff that we came into contact with couldn't do enough for us and they were very friendly and informative. Our room was large, with one kingsized bed and a single bed, with french windows that opened up to a lovely view of Wookey Hole. I wasn't impressed by our evening meal, it was very average, but I will say that dessert was delicious, as was the amazing breakfast. It didn't put me off though as we've rebooked for October!"

With the bonus of having treatments. Although the hotel interior was a little tired - it was clean and comfortable "

She appeared to be confused with the communication around breakfast timings. Over all it was a wonderful stay, in the perfect location and it’s such a beautiful hotel"
