Staff was really great, housekeeping especially helpful. rooms were very clean, no microwave or freezer/fridge but decent amenities otherwise including tv channels that actually work which is hard to find in NZ.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The in house restaurant does excellent food. Particularly dessert and breakfast. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
