"Beware, water pressure was very poor and temperature was lukewarm. It made a difference for 3 adults trying to shower at 5.30am. There is no insulation and the railway is nearby. It felt like we were sleeping in a tent next to the train tracks, so not good for light sleepers. Comi g fro. Someone who lives next to an airport. Top Tauhei Hotel Reviews

The Clements Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We had an amazing 2 night stay at The Clements. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The room was fabulous - clean, modern and stylish. The food in the restaurant was excellent."

Heartland Ambassador Hotel Hamilton

8/10 Good

"Apartment was spacious and had the basics but everything we needed. Shower was oddly designed - if you didn’t use the curtain the water would just pour onto the toilet and we couldn’t change the angle of the shower head. Some outside guests were noisy at times but overall didn’t impact our stay. I would have liked a door separating the master bed and the living space. We needed to use a cot and couldn’t fit it in the kid bedroom because it was too small"

Atrium on Ulster

8/10 Good

"We booked a studio for two nights having stayed here before. It had everything we needed and was super clean. Turned out we were given the studio suitable for disabled folk. The bathroom floor was so slippery after a shower that I’m surprised I didn’t end up injured - i skated around the floor like an Olympic ice skater. We solved the issue by creating a towel path in the bathroom. I don’t know how safe a disabled individual would feel in there though. We did appreciate the towels around the shower to try and contain the water. The bed was fine, although the husband found it quite firm. The neighbours treated us to their entire collection of loud rap albums from early morning to late at night - Not the motel’s fault and we probably could have asked to move rooms. For one night, absolutely fine."
