"Arrived on the biggest festival day of the year but staff was great and helped us navigate the crazy parking situation as the city gates were closed making their normal lot unavailable. Room was small as expected but perfectly located near everything. Breakfast was very good and lots of room for the packed house. Ate at the hotel restaurant which was very good as well. "We were very pleased with our stay - the Hotel was very rustic and in a great location. They arranged a private transfer for us from Nuremberg and again back to airport which was wonderful. We used the sauna which has great facilities and is kept private for individual use."

"The hotel is extremely beautiful with a nice view to the valley and right in the center of the old town. The hotel team is very kind. Rooms are comfortable, beautiful and make you feel you're in a movie. Breakfast is very delicous too with fresh food. I stayed there with my wife for out 15th anniversary and they even decorated the room romatically - depite me requesting it last minute. I really appreciated that. "
