Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen sofort umfassende Informationen über Bad Mergentheim. Das Essen und das reichhaltige Frühstück waren hervorragend. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die persönliche Atmosphäre im Hotel, man fühlt sich als Gast einfach wertgeschätzt und wahrgenommen.

Das Hotel machte insgesamt einen sehr guten Eindruck. Einrichtung innen und aussen sehr ansprechend. Speisesaal sehr stilvoll und Terassen draussen gemütlich. Barbereich ein wenig altmodisch und Kellner sehr genervt. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer mit Balkon, wobei dieser fast nicht benutzbar war ( klein, eng, verschmutzt und nur 1 Stuhl vorhanden ) Was uns am meisten verwundert hat,.war unser Badfenster, wo sich beim Öffnen die Terasse vom Nachbar Zimmer befand! ) Auch wenn unser Zimmer sehr schön war, so bemängeln wir doch sehr den Zustand des Balkones und des Badezimmer Fensters!

Schönes Hotel, kann man empfehlen

Schönes großes Hotel mit nettem Personal / Besitzer. Das Frühstück wurde an den Tisch gebracht und war üppig. Die Zimmer und das Bad geräumig, sauber und in gutem Zustand. Da ich beruflich da war, war ich selten im Hotel und habe nicht mehr zu schreiben

Falsche Infos zu Blumengeschäft an Rezeption erhalten. Vom Frühstück vertrieben, da männliche Servicekraft bereits 10.10 Uhr die leerenTische abgeräumt hat incl Tischdecken und erklärte, dass er gleich mit dem Staubsauger durchmüsse, wir aber unseren Kaffee noch in Ruhe austrinken können. An Rezeption hieß es Frühstück bis 10.00 Uhr. Bedeutet für mich, dass ich bis 10.00 Uhr kommem kann und dann auch noch in Ruhe frühstücken kann. Zimmer sehr klein.Fernsehgerät sehr klein. Im Badezimmer keine Matte vor der Dusche. Alles in Allem keine 4 Sterne gerechtfertigt!

Reservation snafu

The stay was fine. Beds clean but a bit uncomfortable. Biggest problem was we were a group of 3 couples. Reservations had been made months in advance. When we checked in the reservation for one of the couples had been canceled accidentally by the hotel and they were completely booked. They were able to put 2 couples into a mini suite in which one of the couples had to sleep on a pull out sofa bed. They didn't even offer to comp the room. They charged the price of a single room instead of the cost of a mini -suite. We complained that this was not an acceptable compromise but they refused to offer any other discount. We were quite disappointed. Especially since the error was theirs.

Sehr gutes familiäres Hotel

Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet . Es sind nur wenige Meter zum Kurpark. Durch den Park ist man schnell am Schloss und in der Stadt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut. Die Auswahl ist reichhaltig. Das Abendessen wurde auf einer hübschen Terrasse serviert. Auch hier war das Essen sehr schmackhaft. Das Preis- Leistung-Verhältnis absolut angemessen. Das Zimmer groß und sauber. Wir hatten einen schönen Balkon. Das Bad ausreichend groß und auch sauber.

Schönes Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmern. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten viel Platz trotz des Zustellbetts. Außerdem war das Frühstücksbuffet hervorragend und der Service absolut freundlich.

Long night at the Ringhotel Bonschu

Only hotel in the entire 2 weeks im Germany that screwed up the reservation. Room was on 1st floor facing the parking lot. Only blinds are metal hurricane shutters and with no A/C, room was uncomfortably hot.

Family-run hotel with poor customer service

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. We are a well-traveled 60-year old couple and have never been treated so poorly by a hotel's staff in Germany. There was an event occurring the afternoon we arrived, and from the reception desk, to the evening in the restaurant, to the breakfast room in the morning, the owners and staff could not be bothered with us. The arrogant attitude in this hotel prevents us from recommending it to any traveler.

Stopp på vägen genom Tyskland, kanske lite långt från stora vägarna men i naturskön dal i lugnt område. Nytt och fräscht hotell med bra service och mycket bra frukostbuffé.

Wie schon früher von anderen Gästen berichtet: Gute Lage nahe Park und Innenstadt, leckeres Essen, moderate Preise. Allerdings sind Zimmer unter dem Dach oder mit Südseite bei Außentemperaturen über 25 Grad zu warm, es wird kein Ventilator angeboten, keine Klimaanlage. Das Personsal ist von rüde-unverschämt (Rezeption) bis sehr entgegekommend und hilfsbereit (außerhalb der Rezeption)

Typiskt tyskt hotell, mycket bra frukost, god mat på kvällen. Kunde jobba lite på charmen hos äldre personalen... fick inte wifi att fungera på rummet. Bara trappa, ingen hiss. Hög trappa även utvändigt till entre'. Trevligt med terass utanför rummet vid bra väder. dock kan grannar gå förbi rummet o se rätt in. Helt ok, trevligt, men inte mer.
