"The pousada was homey and comfortable. The colored bungalows made it feel a bit like a sleepaway camp and the home cooking made it feel like staying with a family. Great place if you're not looking for anything too upscale and are happy with mellow vibes. The grounds are beautifully kept and there's a nice, small pool. It's isolated on its' own more remote part of the island, but it's a short walk out to the dock to hop on a boat and explore the other wonders of Ilha Grande. "

Every morning, I looked forward to waking up so that I could eat their amazing breakfast; everything was fresh: the fruits, the juices, etc. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that the wifi did not reach our room. When we wanted to use the wifi, we would have to leave the room in order to get any decent signal. Overall we loved our stay."
