No complaints whatsoever. Service was excellent, rooms were large, modern and luxurious, facilities were outstanding and the food surprisingly good! The only thing is that the resort was a little bit remote from Ubud centre (about 45 minutes) but that isn't even necessarily a bad thing as it gave us a more peaceful stay. There is a free shuttle from the resort to Ubud centre that runs fairly regularly as well.

I had an amazing stay here! The staff were so friendly and helpful! The pool was beautiful and not crowded at all. The daily breakfast included many options and could be ordered any time 7am-7pm which I really appreciated! The property was also beautiful and I really enjoyed the activities offered, especially learning how to make the Balinese offerings!
