"Everything and I mean everything was fantastic. Clive thought of all the big and little things that makes one feel comfortable and at home. There were all the cooking utensils and serving ware one could need to make a nice meal. Various streaming options on the television. A Bluetooth speaker for music if Spotify on the existing surround sound is not your jam. Everything is as shown in photos but better in person. In addition helper notes are throughout the place to help guests get acquainted quickly. Thank you Clive for sharing this space with us. The town of Russell is a short drive and has a great grocery store and cute restaurants and shops. "

"Excellent hotel , very spacious clean room . The swimming pool was a bonus and we did enjoy it . Centrally located in Russell next to the beach and wharf with great parking . The beach was a bit disappointing , it was not sandy . However the Hotel was a peaceful retreat . The hotel room was ideal if you were self catering but there were many varied good restaurants nearby as well . We would definitely return and would highly recommended it . "

"An absolutely fantastic location, magnified by the beautiful weather we had! Hearing the sounds of the ocean, seeing the beautiful blues & greens in the sea, fossicking on the beach, hearing the native birds and only 5 minutes from town. A great place for rest and reinvigoration! Truely a unique coastal bach position on a beautiful coast. Clive is a great host. We will be back again for sure!"
