"We highly recommend The Eton Hotel. We had a beautiful room facing The Huang Pu river and the city. The building is located close to the city centre and you can admire fantastic views straight after leaving the hotel. The staff at the hotel were amazing. Our room was carefully and beds were made every single day. We were provided with fresh bottled wated. Breakfasts at the hotel were tasty and freshly prepared. My wife especially enjoyed waffles and pancakes. We enjoyed our stay at The Eton. We will surely come back!"

"Good variety at the breakfast buffet, with eggs & noodles made to order. But the food at the buffet selection was luke warm in temperature, everyday, a bit warmer 15mins after the breakfast buffet opens. Only negative & disappointing part to the food."

"Repeat the same food every day, not much western food, room air conditioning system is unstable and getting hot by itself, we change the room but face the same issue, room carpet smell, furniture outdated. This hotel was in a much better condition last 3 years while we were visiting the same exhibition.."

"Staff were really lovely and looked after us well. They helped us move rooms when the people next door were smoking in the room (against the hotel rules) and even gave us a free upgrade. Rooms were comfortable, with large TV and hairdryer and all the toiletries you would expect. We enjoyed the little robot who delivered takeaways to the rooms!"
