Our stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel was updated, immaculately clean- every meal at the restaurant was top rate and delicious even the breakfast which was included. The views are unmatched… the cocktails at the bar were fun and different and really good.. The new pool was beautiful and relaxing… The concierge booked us an amazing cooking class (last minute due to us not planning ahead) and a beach club visit (also last minute) and all the transportation we needed … both were highlights of the trip we also used the shuttle service alot and it was prompt and terrific. I would go back in a heartbeat!! Love this hotel.

We stayed for our honeymoon and loved the view. But unfortunately the first room we were placed in had a funky smell and after a few days of it not going away my wife was getting a headache and we also noticed there was mold on the walls of the bathroom and peeling wall paper with some water damage. We asked to move rooms and were placed in a new room and that shower also had a leak that left the floor towel soaked after each shower. We did have attentive staff when we asked for help. The best part was the view and eating breakfast with the help of Max, he was great and remembered that I needed gluten free options and would bring them each day when he saw us. We would have loved the place overall but had no luck speaking with the manager about the sub par room and didn’t receive any compensation.

Excellent stay!

Great views and excellent service meant we had a really pleasant stay. You are treated like family which is lovely, Breakfast was a good already and the evening restaurant is super with views to match. A shuttle service into the town was a bonus and used everyday.

We had a wonderful time at this home away from home. The staff were the most welcoming and warm that we have ever encountered, and showed superb hospitality at every aspect of our stay. This place was magical. We had booked another place and was extremely disappointing. We took the plunge to move places and Ducale came through in the min and nothing but a complete dream. The staff was super welcoming and helpful. The place is beautiful overlooking the sea away from the riff raff. Food was great, bedroom and amenities were all amazing. I wish we had more nights with them.

Absolutely stunning property. I would highly recommend this hotel. I didn’t want to leave. Views are heaven. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel aesthetic is breathtaking. The walk to town is about 15 minutes downhill, doable plus hotel runs shuttles into town every hour. Stay here, you won’t regret it.

Extremely welcoming & helpful staff. Reception desk are great at recommending excursions and making restaurant bookings. The shuttle bus to and from Taormina is very efficient. Although the 600 steps path is highly recommended once, for the views. And all the views from the hotel are out of this world.
