"Service outstanding "

"(Measured to Taormina standards) you get excellent service for an affordable price. From the accessibility of the hotel through the helpfulness of staff all way to the quality of the breakfast, everything was top notch. I have been to far less popular places paying the same kind of money for similar or even less service. Just one more thing which may not seem to be important but it truly is: there is enough room in the shower to bend down for the soap when you dropped it…"

"The staff and daily breakfasts were exceptional! Great location, not in the heart of the noise, but still close enough to everything. If you can, upgrade rooms. Ours was quaint and quiet with a private patio, but also very dark and not very charming. "

"This hotel is located in a very strategic location on the corso umberto.. Within walking distance of many restaurants and sights."

"You stay there because of the view and central location. Huge price tab of a Ritz or Four Seasons without the customer service.... Staff is not terribly helpful at times. We asked for a "Do Not Disturb" sign for bedroom several times. Crickets. We asked to change a large Euro bill. Crickets. We asked for a late checkout for one of our several rooms. Nope. But the view is stunning!"

"We had the beautiful patio room with an amazing view of Taormina and the sea. Room was spacious and clean. Close to shops and sights. A little short on basic amenities, like a simple box of tissues. And while somewhat charming, access to hotel is in the middle of a flight of an ancient stone staircase, which was challenging with luggage in the rain, No real reception, you get a code to the main door. The man at their little office was cheerful and helpful. We enjoyed our visit to Taormina a lot!"
